Bombay Chicken Salad
Bombay Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked chicken, 4 oz. water chestnuts, 1/2 c. diced celery, 1/2 lb. seedless green grapes and 1/2 c. plain yogurt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes.
Mix together chicken, water chestnuts and celery.
Blend together yogurt, mayonnaise, curry powder, soy sauce and lemon juice.
Pour over chicken mixture. Stir in grapes.
Chill several hours.
