Bologna Candy
Bologna Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. white sugar, 1 c. dates, 1 c. english walnuts or pecans and 1 c. half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Boil sugar and half and half to a soft ball on candy thermometer; add dates and continue to boil until mixture separates from the side of pan.
Add nuts, remove from heat and continue to stir until thick.
Pour mixture on a damp cloth and roll like bologna, then slice when cool.
