Mix together flour and sugar.
Set egg whites aside.
Beat egg yolks and add sugar and flour.
Mix well.
Add liquids.
Mix well.
Cook on medium, stirring constantly.
Cook to medium thickness.
Add vanilla to taste.
Beat egg whites until very stiff.
Fold gently into cooked mixture.
Put into jars and refrigerate.
May add nutmeg if desired.
