Melt margarine over medium heat and remove.
Blend sugar, cocoa, milk and add to melted margarine.
Cook for 2 minutes after full boil begins.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and quick oats. Mix well.
Drop from spoon onto greased cookie sheet.
Refrigerate until ready to serve as refreshments.
