Boiled Chiamele

Make a well into the flour, add eggs and beat well with a wire whisk.
Add sugar and oil and keep beating with whisk, gradually scraping in the flour.
When all the flour is absorbed, knead dough until well blended.
Roll dough out and form like doughnut rings.
Put rings into boiling water and boil until they raise to the top of water.
Take out of water one at a time and put on dish towel to dry.
Cut slits around rings.
Bake on oven grates at 400° for 10 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350° and bake 10 more minutes until golden brown.
