Bohemian Steak
Bohemian Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. rounded tenderized steak, 2 c. sliced onion, 1/2 c. water, 1 (12 oz.) can beer and 1 (10 oz.) beef gravy or 2 pkg. brown gravy mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cut steak into serving size pieces.
In deep pot, layer meat and onion.
Mix 1/2 water, beer, gravy, salt, pepper and garlic. Mix well.
Pour over meat and onion.
Simmer for about 75 to 85 minutes.
Stir together 1/4 cup of water and flour gradually.
Add to mixture and mix well.
Cover, uncovered, until thickened.
