Bohemian Cookies
Bohemian Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 1/2 bars german sweet chocolate and 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy; add vanilla. Sift flour and measure 1 1/4 cups and sift with salt three times. Add to creamed mixture and blend well.
Using a meat grinder, grind nuts and chocolate together; fold into creamed mixture. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake in a 250Β° oven for 40 minutes.
