Blueberry Torte
Blueberry Torte is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 graham crackers, 1/2 c. melted butter, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, beaten and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Mix first 3 ingredients and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine eggs, 1/2 cup sugar and cream cheese, beat with mixer until smooth. Pour over crust.
Bake 20 minutes at 375Β°.
Drain blueberries, reserving juice.
Cook juice, cornstarch, sugar and lemon juice until thickened.
Add blueberries and spread on top of baked torte.
Serve with whipped cream or topping.
