Mix butter, flour and 1 tablespoon sugar as for pie crust. Press mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Watch, as it burns easily! Cool.
Beat softened cream cheese and confectioners sugar until light and fluffy.
Fold in beaten cream or Cool Whip.
Spread over crust.
Spread blueberries over cheese mixture and chill several hours.
Cover with whipped cream or Cool Whip, if desired.
