Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Beat into margarine mixture alternating with milk.
Stir in almond.

Carefully spread cake batter over pie filling.
Bake at 350Β° for 55 to 60 minutes or when cake springs back.
Let stand 5 minutes.
