Blueberry Salad
Blueberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. black raspberry jell-o, 2 c. boiling water, 1 (15 oz.) can blueberries, 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
Drain fruit and add water to juices to make 1 cup.
Add to Jell-O, then add fruit.
Put in an 8 x 8-inch Pyrex.
Chill until thick.
Combine sugar, sour cream, cream cheese and vanilla; spread over congealed mixture. Sprinkle pecans on top.
