Blueberry Salad
Blueberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. boiling water, 2 small pkg. raspberry jello, 15 oz. can blueberries, 8 oz. cream cheese and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Drain blueberries and pineapple.
Save juice and add enough water to make 1 cup.
Add to jello.
Stir in blueberries and pineapple.
Pour into 2-quart container.
Combine sugar, sour cream, cream cheese and vanilla. Spread over jello and top with chopped nuts.
