Blueberry Salad
Blueberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) can blueberries, 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. black raspberry jell-o, 1 c. boiling water and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Drain berries and pineapple, reserving liquid.
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
Add enough water to liquid off fruit to make 1 3/4 cups.
Add to Jell-O.
Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan.
When Jell-O is thickened, fold in fruit; chill until firm.
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
Beat well.
Spread over gelatin and sprinkle with nuts.
Chill.
