Blueberry-Peach Salad
Blueberry-Peach Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, 1 1/2 c. cold water, 2 tsp. grated lemon rind, 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding and 2 c. cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In large bowl, combine milk, water and lemon rind; mix well. Add pudding and beat until well blended.
Chill 5 minutes.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Spoon 2 cups pudding mixture in bowl; add cake cubes, then peaches, ending with pudding mixture on top.
Put blueberries around the edges.
