Blueberry Nut Crunch
Blueberry Nut Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can crushed pineapple and juice, 3 c. blueberries (frozen or fresh), 1 c. chopped nuts, 3/4 c. sugar and 1 box yellow cake mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Lightly grease 9 x 13-inch pan or dish and spread the pineapple and juice over the bottom of the pan.
Add a layer of berries and the 3/4 cup sugar.
Sprinkle cake mix on top of fruit layer, then drizzle melted butter over dry cake mix.
Top with nuts.
Finally for a crunch, add the remaining 1/4 cup sugar. Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Take a spoon and cut down into cake so juices will come up.
