Blueberry Muffins
Blueberry Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, 1/4 c. vegetable oil, 3/4 c. milk, 2 c. flour and 1 c. fresh blueberries or 3/4 c. frozen, drained canned blueberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Sift flour and measure with the sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir together in bowl.
Mix egg, oil and milk; add to dry ingredients all at once.

Bake at 400Β° for 20 minutes.
