Blueberry Muffins
Blueberry Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or oleo, 2 c. flour, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 2 eggs and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream sugar and butter until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time. Sift dry ingredients; add alternately with milk.
Fold in blueberries.
(You can use cranberries, apples or dates, if desired.)
Grease muffin tin well with butter.
Fill to top of cup; sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 375Β° for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool in pan for 30 minutes.
Makes 1 dozen large muffins.
