Blueberry Muffins
Blueberry Muffins is an easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, 2 c. bisquick, 2/3 c. milk, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil and 3/4 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
Line 12 muffin cups with baking cups, or grease bottoms of pan.
Beat egg slightly in medium bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients except blueberries just until moistened. Fold in blueberries.
Divide batter evenly among cups.
Bake 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
