Blueberry Muffins
Blueberry Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sifted flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. butter or margarine and 1 1/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven
Grease muffin
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
Set aside.
In large bowl cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each.
Add flour mix alternately with milk until just combined.
With fork, mash 1/2 of blueberries.
Stir in with a fork.
Add rest of whole berries, mixing gently.
Muffin cups (greased or paper lined)
3/4 full.
Sprinkle each with sugar.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool in pans 15 minutes.
Remove.
Serve warm.
