Blueberry Delight
Blueberry Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 angel food cake, 1 (21 oz.) can blueberry pie filling, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla flavored pudding, 2 c. milk and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut cake in half.
Break both halves into bite size pieces; place 1/2 in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour pie filling over cake pieces.
Place other 1/2 of cake pieces over pie filling. Prepare vanilla pudding using the milk.
Add sour cream and mix. Pour mixture over cake.
Top with nondairy whipped topping; refrigerate.
Yields 9 to 12 servings.
May be topped with chopped pecans.
