Blueberry Crunch
Blueberry Crunch is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 10 minutes. Made with (2 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained), to 3 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen), c. sugar, box yellow cake mix and margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Butter 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Spread following in layers: pineapple in bottom, sprinkle blueberries over pineapple, 3/4 cup sugar sprinkled over fruits, then sprinkle dry cake mix over sugar.
Pour margarine over top of cake mix and add nuts.
Then add 1/4 cup sugar onto top.
Cook at 325Β° for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown.
Serve warm or cool.
Can put Cool Whip on top, if desired.
