Blueberry Cream Cheese Squares
Blueberry Cream Cheese Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. cornstarch, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. water, 4 c. blueberries, cleaned and drained and 13 1/2 oz. graham cracker crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine cornstarch, sugar, water and blueberries.
Cook while stirring over medium heat until sauce thickens. Cool. Combine cracker crumbs and margarine.
Press 1/2 into bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Cheese until soft, gradually beat in sugar and vanilla. Fold topping.
Spread of this carefully over the crumbs.
Spread all blueberry filling evenly over cheese.
Spread remaining cheese, and sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
Chill overnight.
Cut in squares to serve.
