Blueberry Cake
Blueberry Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 egg whites and 1/2 c. shortening, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Set aside.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Set aside.
Cream shortening and sugar; add well beaten egg yolks.
To this, add alternately the flour mixture and the milk.
Fold in egg whites and vanilla.
Add floured blueberries.
Use a 9 x 9-inch pan or a tube pan, either should be greased and floured.
Sprinkle batter with sugar for a topping.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
