Blueberry Cake
Blueberry Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. butter, 4 c. flour, 4 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Blend sugar and butter.
Add dry ingredients with milk; beat well.
Add eggs; beat well.
Fold in blueberries that are slightly moist and have been floured with about 2 tablespoons flour saved from the flour.
(Flouring the blueberries keeps them from sinking to the bottom of the pan.)
Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
