Blitz Torte
Blitz Torte is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. milk, 2 eggs, separated and 1 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Make a batter of the butter, 1/2 cup sugar, milk, egg yolks, flour, baking powder and vanilla.
Spread this in bottom of 1 coffee cake tin.
Beat the two egg whites until stiff; add 1/2 cup sugar.
Spread this over the batter.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake about 1/2 hour at 325Β°.
Serve with whipped cream.
Serves 8.
