Blintz Bubble Ring
Blintz Bubble Ring is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 pkg. refrigerated biscuits (10 in pkg.), 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. brown sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 375°.
Cut cream cheese into 20 pieces and shape into balls.
Flatten and press each biscuit to a 3-inch diameter.
Combine sugars and cinnamon; on each biscuit place 1 teaspoon sugar and cinnamon and 1 ball of cream cheese; bring up edges and seal.
Pour butter into bottom of 5-cup ring mold. Sprinkle half of nuts and half of rest of sugar and cinnamon into mold.
Place half the biscuits atop, seam side up.
Repeat layers. Bake at 375° until browned, about 20 minutes.
Cool in pan for 5 minutes; invert onto serving plate.
I play a lot with this recipe. I usually use more brown sugar.
