Bleu Cheese Dressing

Made with 3/4 c. canola or peanut oil, 1/4 c. white wine vinegar, 2/3 c. sour cream, 4 oz. flora danica bleu cheese and 1 1/2 tbsp. light brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place all ingredients, except cheese, into mixing bowl and beat with a whisk until emulsified.
Cut or break cheese into small chunks of varying size.
Add to emulsion and combine thoroughly. Store, refrigerated, in glass or plastic container. Yields about 1 3/4 to 2 cups.
