Blender Mousse
Blender Mousse is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. chocolate morsels, 1/2 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 1 c. hot milk and 2 to 4 tbsp. brandy, rum, almond or orange liqueurs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In blender, combine morsels, sugar and eggs.
Add hot milk and liquor.
Blend at medium speed until mixture is smooth.
Pour in demitasse cups and chill in refrigerator 1 hour.
Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
