Blender Chocolate Mousse
Blender Chocolate Mousse is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. hot coffee, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels, 4 eggs, separated, 2 tbsp. crme de cacao and whipped cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Combine coffee and chocolate morsels in container of blender.
Process until smooth.
Add egg yolks and crme de cacao.
Process 1 minute.
Beat egg whites (at room temperature) until stiff peaks form.
Fold in chocolate mixture.
Spoon into individual serving dishes.
Chill until set.
Top with whipped cream and almonds.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
