Blackberry Crisp
Blackberry Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. fresh or frozen blackberries, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. cornstarch, 1 1/2 tsp. water and 1/2 tsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Place blackberries in a greased 1-quart baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine the sugar, cornstarch, water and lemon juice until smooth.
Pour over berries.
Combine the oats, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon; cut in butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle over berries.
Bake, uncovered, at 375Β° for 20 to 25 minutes or until filling is bubbly.
Serve warm with ice cream.
