Blackberry Cobbler
Blackberry Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. fresh blackberries, washed and drained, 1 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/8 tsp. salt and 1/2 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place blackberries in a 9-inch square baking pan.
Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt; mix well and sprinkle over blackberries.
Dot with butter.
Roll pastry out on lightly floured surface to 9-inch square.
Place pastry on top of berries.
Trim edges and seal. Make several slits in top to allow steam to escape.
Brush pastry with milk and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 425Β° for 30 minutes.
