Black Walnut Fudge
Black Walnut Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. margarine, 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk, 3 tbsp. light corn syrup and 1 lb. white chocolate flavored chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Combine sugar, margarine, milk and syrup in large saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Stop stirring and continue heating until mixture reaches soft ball stage, 234° on candy thermometer.
Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips until melted; add Marshmallow Crème, walnuts and vanilla, beating well after each addition.
Pour into prepared pan.
Cool completely, cut into squares.
