Black-Eyed Sue Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. packaged biscuit mix, 2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix (dry), 2 eggs, 1/3 c. cooking oil and solid chocolate mint wafers or chocolate kisses, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine biscuit mix, pudding mix, cooking oil and eggs.
Mix well.
Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Top each with chocolate mint or kiss; press to flatten.
Bake in moderate oven (350Β°) for 12 to 14 minutes.
Makes about 3 dozen.
