Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. self-rising flour, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1 stick "i can't believe it's not butter" and 1 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cut margarine into flour and baking soda.
Make a well in the mixture and pour in buttermilk.
Add enough flour to get dough out of the bowl and onto waxed paper.
Roll out 1/2 inch deep and cut biscuits (if you don't have a round cookie cutter use a mason jar lid).
Bake at 425Β° for 10 minutes or until barely golden brown.
