Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sifted gold medal flour, 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. shortening and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Sift dry ingredients together.
Cut in shortening until fine.
Pour in milk and knead lightly.
Round up on a floured surface.
