Bing Cherry Congealed Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Drain cherries and pineapple; set aside (add water to get 2 cups).
Bring juice to a boil and add Jell-O; cool.
Add Coke and stir.
Refrigerate until partially set.
Add remaining ingredients.

Serve with mayonnaise or sour cream.
