Bill's Carrot Cake
Bill'S Carrot Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. vegetable oil, 1/2 c. buttermilk or 6 oz. plain yogurt and 2 tsp. vanilla extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine eggs, sugar, oil, buttermilk or yogurt and vanilla in a large bowl.
Beat well.
Gradually mix in flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves.
Stir in carrots and nuts or granola.
Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch cake pan. Bake at 350Β° for 60 to 70 minutes, until cake tests done.
Serve plain or frost with cream cheese frosting.
