Bill Blass' Meat Loaf
Bill Blass' Meat Loaf is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground sirloin, 1/2 lb. ground veal, 1/2 lb. ground pork, 2 tbsp. butter and 1 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In large bowl, mix meat and set aside.
In saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add celery and onions; cook until soft, about 10 minutes.
Add celery and onion and all other ingredients to meat mixture, except chili sauce.
Combine well and form into a loaf.
Place meat loaf into baking dish and top with chili sauce. Bake 1 hour in preheated oven at 350Β°.
Serves 6.
