Big Soft Pretzels
Big Soft Pretzels is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. active dry yeast, 3 c. lukewarm water, 4 eggs, beaten, 1 c. oil or melted margarine and 10 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Lightly grease 2 large baking sheets.
In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
Blend in 4 eggs and slice margarine.
Add 10 cups flour, sugar, salt and nonfat instant milk.
Stir well. Add additional flour to make a soft, but not too sticky dough.
Knead 5 minutes, until dough is smooth.
Roll pieces of dough in ropes, about 1/2-inch in diameter and 18 to 24-inches long.
Form into pretzel shapes.
Place on baking sheets.
