Betty's Swedish Meatballs
Betty'S Swedish Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. ground beef, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. garlic juice, 2 slices bread and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Soak bread in enough milk to make it wet.
Add to ground beef. Add other ingredients.
Make into balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes.
While meatballs are baking, combine ketchup, pineapple juice and sugar.
Place drained meatballs and sauce in slow cooker and simmer for several hours.
Makes 50 to 60 meatballs.
