Betty's Green Grape Pie
Betty'S Green Grape Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. drained green grapes, 2 eggs, beaten, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/3 c. flour and 1/2 c. juice from the green grapes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Place berries in uncooked pie shell.
Mix sugar and flour. Add juice and beaten eggs and mix well.
Pour over the green grapes.
Put a little pie dough on top, crisscrossing, lattice, etc.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until done.
Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.
To make cobbler, just double the recipe.
