Betty'S Cheese Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. margarine, 3 tbsp. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 2 c. milk and 6 to 8 oz. cheese (i use velveeta), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Melt margarine; add flour and salt.
Stir until well blended. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly, until smooth.
Add cheese (cut in chunks) and continue to stir until melted.
