Betty's Cheese Cake
Betty'S Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 4 egg whites, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 4 to 6 zwieback (baby's teething toast), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Crush zwieback and put into 8-inch spring pan, lightly buttered.
Set out cream cheese to soften.
Beat 4 egg whites until stiff.
Blend in 1 cup sugar.
Set aside.
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add egg white mixture and vanilla.
Blend well until smooth.
Pour into 8-inch spring pan.
Bake 25 minutes at 350°. Mix sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and spread on top.
Bake 5 minutes at 475°.
Chill 2 hours.
Turn upside down and serve with fruit.
