Mix margarine and flour.
Stir in pecans.
Put mixture into 9 x 12-inch oblong pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.

Spread pudding on top of cherries.
Add 3 cups of whipped topping.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup chopped pecans and 1/4 cup chocolate on top.
