Bette's Chicken with Rice

Heat oven to 350°.
Wash chicken and pat dry; set aside.
In oblong pan, mix rice, water, celery soup, mushroom soup and poultry seasoning.
Arrange chicken pieces on top of mixture. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over chicken.
Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
