Beth's Special Chicken
Beth'S Special Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1 pt. sour cream, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and pepperidge farm herbed stuffing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix sour cream, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
Dip chicken in this mixture and then roll in stuffing mix.
Place in baking dish sprayed with Pam.
Pour 3 or 4 tablespoons melted butter over chicken and bake at 350Β° until chicken is done, approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
