Beth'S Creamy Chicken Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 whole chicken breasts, split and deboned, 1 can cream of chicken soup (1/3 less salt), sliced swiss cheese, 1/4 c. dry white wine or water and 2 c. herbed stuffing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Remove skin off of chicken.
Arrange in a 2 to 3 quart baking dish.
Slice of cheese on each piece of chicken. Stir together soup and wine.
Pour on the chicken.
Coarsely crush stuffing over the top.
Drizzle with margarine.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
