Best Potato Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium potatoes, peeled and cooked (do not slice potatoes), 3 eggs, boiled, peeled and chopped, 1/2 c. onion, chopped, 1/2 c. dill pickles, chopped and 1/4 c. pimentos, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Peel potatoes and cover with water in a saucepan; cook until tender when pricked with a fork.
