Best Ever Scalloped Pineapple is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large can chunk pineapple, reserve 1 c. juice, 1 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/2 c. margarine, melted and 4 to 5 slices bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain can of pineapple, reserving 1 cup of juice.
Cook together juice, sugar, flour and margarine until thickened. Generously butter an 8 x 12-inch casserole dish.
Cube bread and place in casserole and mix with drained chunk pineapple.
Pour thickened pineapple sauce over mixture, gently blend in.
Bake at 350Β° about 30 minutes.
