Best-Ever Fudge
Best-Ever Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 pkg. (6 oz.)semi-sweet chocolate pieces, 1 jar (7 1/2 oz.) marshmallow crème, 1/2 lb. pecan pieces, 1 tsp. vanilla and 5 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a heavy 4 quart pan combine sugar, butter, salt and evaporated milk.
Stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Increase heat to medium; continue cooking and stirring to soft ball stage.
Remove from heat.
Immediately add chocolate, Marshmallow Crème, pecans and vanilla.
Stir virgorously until chocolate pieces are melted.
When mixture begins to thicken turn into 12x7 1/2x2 inch pan.
